It’s spring time in Novosibirsk, everything melts during a daytime and it’s always wet. It’s not very cold as in the winter but still cold enough to freeze the water at night. 
В Новосибирске наступила весна, и днем все тает и все постоянное мокрое. Сейчас не так холодно как зимой, но достаточно холодно, чтобы вода замерзала по ночам.
